SAT OPEN MAT TIME CHANGE 9-11

Saturday Open Mat timings will now be from 9am – 11am every week, get your groove on and have a morning roll at BJJ Hervey Bay.  Visitors are most welcome, bring a friend and have a fun roll with a great group of people enjoying the art of Jiu Jitsu.   Visitor fee $10.00 per person.
